By buying from this website you agree to these terms. The website and products are run by Pranav Gaur, trading as Adcult (GSTIN 09CFSPG8723F1Z1), referred to here as "we" or "us".

  1. What you're buying. Cult Shoot (and Cult UGC, if bought as a bundle) is a set of copy-paste prompts and instructions for creating fashion images with third-party AI tools. You are buying a digital licence, not software or a hosted service.
  2. Licence. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your own brand or your own clients' brands, for commercial use.
  3. What you can't do. You may not resell, share, publish, give away or repackage the prompts or files, in full or in part, or upload them to any marketplace or group. Sharing access can lead to the licence being cancelled without a refund.
  4. Third-party AI tools. Cult Shoot runs inside tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, which we don't own or control. You need your own account on those tools. Their output quality, availability, usage limits and content rules are set by them, and results can vary.
  5. Updates. We update Cult Shoot as AI tools change and send updates free to existing buyers for as long as we keep the product running. We don't guarantee any specific future feature.
  6. Your images. Images you create are yours to use. You are responsible for having the rights to any product photos, model photos or brand assets you upload into AI tools, and for following those tools' terms and the law when publishing images.
  7. Pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; this doesn't affect orders already paid for.
  8. Refunds. Covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  9. Intellectual property. The prompts, structure, website content and the Cult Shoot name belong to us.
  10. Limitation of liability. The product is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for lost profits, ad spend, or losses caused by third-party AI tools.
  11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of purchase applies to your order.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gautam Budhh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
