Refund & Cancellation

Cult Shoot is a digital product, delivered instantly. Because it can't be returned once accessed, all sales are final except in the cases below.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You were charged but did not receive access within 24 hours, and we could not fix it after you contacted us.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The files you received were corrupted or incomplete, and we could not send a working replacement within 5 working days.

Refunds are not given for:

• Change of mind after access has been delivered.
• Results that differ because of the AI tool you use (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or others), its model updates, or its usage limits.
• Not having a working account on those AI tools.

Cancellation: Orders can't be cancelled once access is delivered. If delivery hasn't happened yet, write to us and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Timeline: Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
